KeepsakeAtlas (映册)
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Haichao Zhang ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the KeepsakeAtlas iOS application (the "App"), contact us for support, or visit this Privacy Policy page.
This Policy describes the version of the App identified above. If we later introduce features such as online accounts, cloud sync, remote analytics, or notifications, we will update this Policy before those features begin processing information.
2. Information processed locally on your device
2.1 Your collection content
The App stores the following information in its local app sandbox:
- folders you create, including their names, display themes, and visual skins;
- collectible records, including a photo or image, a title, notes, rarity, price and currency, the collection date and time, an optional location (city name and/or coordinates), and the order in which items appear in a folder; and
- the arrangement of your photo wall.
Photos are stored as local files inside the App's sandbox, and the remaining metadata is stored in a local on-device database. All of this processing happens on your device. We do not receive your collection content.
Because titles and notes are free-form, please avoid entering sensitive information that you do not want stored on your device.
2.2 Settings and app state
The App also stores locally:
- accessibility preferences such as reduced-motion and haptic-feedback settings; and
- a locally stored indication of whether a membership is active, used to unlock membership features.
2.3 Device and Apple backups
The App does not transmit your collection content or settings to us or to our servers. Depending on your device and backup settings, however, the App's local data may be included in a device, Finder/iTunes, or iCloud backup managed by you or Apple. We cannot access or control those backups. Apple's handling of backup data is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.
3. Camera access
With your permission, when you choose to photograph a collectible, the App uses the camera to take photos. Photos you take are saved into the App's local sandbox as part of your collection. They are not uploaded to us or to any server we operate.
Camera access is optional. If you deny or later revoke permission, you can still use the App and add photos from your photo library instead. You can manage camera permission in iOS Settings.
4. Location access
With your permission, when you photograph a collectible the App may use your current location to record where the photo was taken, including a city name and coordinates. The App may also read location data already embedded in photos you import, if the photo contains it.
The city-name lookup and location search features use Apple's system services (Core Location geocoding and Apple Maps). Those requests are handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy; the App does not send your location to us.
Location access is optional and is used only while you use the App. If you deny or later revoke permission, you can still add and organize collectibles without location information. You can manage location permission in iOS Settings.
5. Photo library access
With your permission, the system photo picker lets you select photos to add to your collection. The App copies only the images you select into its local sandbox. It does not automatically access or read your entire photo library, and it does not upload selected photos to us.
Photo-library access is optional. You can revoke or restrict access at any time in iOS Settings.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
KeepsakeAtlas offers a membership through in-app purchases. Purchases, payment, and billing are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The App receives only the entitlement status of your membership (for example, whether a membership is active) so it can unlock the corresponding features, and it stores that status locally. We do not receive or store your payment card or other financial details.
Apple may provide us with aggregated App Store statistics, which we use only to understand App distribution and maintain the service.
7. Export and backup
You can export your collection to Excel (.xlsx), PDF, long images, or a KeepsakeAtlas backup (.collect). Exports are generated locally on your device and presented through the iOS share sheet, so you choose where to save, send, or share them. A backup file contains the collection data you choose to include, such as photos, titles, notes, and location information. When you restore a backup, the App reads the file you select and imports the data locally.
We do not receive your exports or backup files.
8. Information the App does not request or transmit to us
The App does not request or automatically transmit to us:
- names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials;
- your photo library (only photos you explicitly select are imported);
- contacts, calendars, health data, or microphone recordings;
- payment or purchase information;
- advertising identifiers or other identifiers for tracking;
- product-interaction analytics or behavioral profiles;
- crash or performance data through a third-party SDK; or
- cloud copies of your collection content.
We do not use the App to sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, serve targeted advertising, or track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
9. Information you choose to send us
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your email address, display name, message, attachments, and basic email metadata such as the date and subject. We use this information only to respond to your request, investigate the issue you report, maintain and improve the App's reliability, protect the App and our users, or comply with law. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unrelated to your request.
Our support address is provided through Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft may process email data on our behalf or as an independent service provider under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
10. App Store, system services, and this policy page
Apple may independently process App Store activity, purchases, device backups, and diagnostics according to your Apple settings and the Apple Privacy Policy. Location lookups and map search use Apple system services, and membership purchases use StoreKit; each of these is handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy. If Apple makes aggregated App Store information or user-authorized diagnostic reports available to us, we use them only to understand App distribution and maintain reliability. These services do not give us access to your collection content.
This Privacy Policy page is hosted by GitHub. We do not add analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts to this page. GitHub may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and access logs under the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
11. Purposes and legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the jurisdiction and the context:
- your system permission enables the optional camera, location, and photo-library features on your device; we do not receive that data;
- support communications are processed as necessary to respond to your request, provide the service, or take steps you ask us to take;
- where recognized by applicable law, we rely on our legitimate interests in securing, maintaining, and improving the App based on issues or diagnostics reported to us, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; and
- as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.
For users in China, we process support communications based on consent where consent is required, as necessary to respond to or perform a service requested by you where permitted by law, or to fulfill legal duties. For users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, the applicable bases may include performing our service or taking requested steps, legitimate interests as described above, legal obligations, and consent where we specifically request it. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already lawfully completed.
The App's on-device processing of your collection content is for the purpose of providing the collection, organization, display, and export features you choose to use. It is not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
12. Disclosure of information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Because the App does not transmit your collection content to us, we do not disclose that information to third parties.
Information you voluntarily send by email may be processed by our email provider as described above. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
13. International processing
The App does not send your locally stored collection data to us across borders. Apple system services (Core Location geocoding, Apple Maps, and StoreKit) may process associated data in locations where Apple operates, under the Apple Privacy Policy. Support messages are received and handled by the operator in China. Microsoft provides the email infrastructure and may store or process the email address, message, attachments, and email metadata in locations where it operates. If you visit this page, GitHub may process associated technical data in locations where it operates. Their contact information, purposes, processing practices, and available rights are described in the privacy statements linked in Sections 9 and 10. Where applicable law requires consent or another safeguard for cross-border processing, we will apply the required measure.
14. Retention and deletion
- Collection content: retained locally until you delete individual items or folders, restore a backup, or delete the App.
- Settings and membership status: retained locally until you change them or delete the App.
- Exports and backups: files you create are stored wherever you choose to save them and are under your control.
- Support email: retained only for the shortest period reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain security, resolve a dispute, or comply with law, and then deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten in the ordinary course by the email provider.
Deleting the App removes its active local sandbox from that device. Copies may remain in device or iCloud backups controlled by you or Apple until those backups are deleted or expire under the applicable backup settings. You can manage backups through your device or Apple account.
15. Your choices and privacy rights
- You can delete individual collectibles or folders within the App.
- You can manage or delete the exports and backups you create.
- You can delete the App to remove its active local data from the device, subject to backups described above.
- You can grant or revoke camera, location, and photo-library access in iOS Settings.
- There is no KeepsakeAtlas account or server-side collection copy to delete or export.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know about, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of personal information; obtain a portable copy; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a competent privacy or data-protection authority. These rights mainly apply to information you voluntarily send us, because we cannot access information that remains only on your device. To exercise a right, email us at shenshuoyouguang@outlook.com. We normally verify a request through the email address that originally contacted us, and will avoid requesting additional information unless it is reasonably necessary. We will respond without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and the available review or complaint channel, unless law prevents us from doing so.
Users in China may also request an explanation of our processing rules and exercise applicable rights to access and copy, correct or supplement, delete, restrict or refuse processing, and withdraw consent. Users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may complain to their local data-protection authority.
For California residents, we do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
16. Children's privacy
KeepsakeAtlas is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the App from children, including children under 14 in China, under 13 in the United States, or under the applicable minimum age in another jurisdiction. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support email, please contact us so we can delete it.
17. Security
We minimize risk by keeping App data within the iOS app sandbox and by not operating a server that receives your collection content. Backup files created by the App include locally computed integrity checks, and restoring a backup reads the file you select on your device. No method of storage or communication is completely secure, and the security of device backups, Apple system services, and email also depends on the security settings and practices of you and the relevant service providers.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the App's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the effective or last-updated date. If a change materially affects how information is processed, we will provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable law before the new practice begins.

隐私政策
映册（KeepsakeAtlas）
一、适用范围
本隐私政策说明张海超（以下称“我们”）在您使用映册 iOS 应用（以下称 “本应用”）、联系支持或访问本隐私政策页面时如何处理信息。
本政策描述的是上述版本的本应用。如果未来加入在线账号、云同步、远程 分析或通知等功能，我们将在相关功能开始处理信息前更新本政策。
二、仅在您的设备上处理的信息
2.1 藏品内容
本应用会在应用本地沙盒中保存以下信息：
- 您创建的文件夹，包括文件夹名称、展示主题和视觉皮肤；
- 藏品记录，包括照片或图片、标题、备注、稀有度、价格与币种、收藏 日期和时间、可选的位置信息（城市名称和/或坐标），以及藏品在 文件夹中的排列顺序；
- 照片墙的排版状态。
照片以本地文件形式保存在应用沙盒中，其余元数据保存在设备本地数据库 中。以上处理全部在您的设备上完成，我们不会收到您的藏品内容。
标题和备注可自由输入，请不要输入您不希望保存在设备上的敏感信息。
2.2 设置与应用状态
本应用还会在本地保存：
- “减弱动态效果”与触感反馈等无障碍偏好；以及
- 会员是否处于有效状态的本地记录，用于解锁会员功能。
2.3 设备与 Apple 备份
本应用不会将您的藏品内容或设置传输给我们或我们的服务器。但是，根据 您的设备和备份设置，本应用的本地数据可能被纳入由您或 Apple 管理的 设备备份、Finder/iTunes 备份或 iCloud 备份。我们无法访问或控制这些 备份。Apple 对备份数据的处理适用其条款与隐私政策。
三、相机权限
经您授权，当您选择为藏品拍照时，本应用会使用相机拍摄照片。您拍摄的 照片会保存到应用本地沙盒中，作为您藏品的一部分。我们不会上传这些 照片，也不会将其发送给我们运营的任何服务器。
相机权限为可选权限。拒绝或撤回授权不会影响本应用的其他功能，您仍 可以从相册添加照片。您可以在 iOS“设置”中管理相机权限。
四、定位权限
经您授权，当您为藏品拍照时，本应用可能使用您的当前位置来记录照片的 拍摄地点，包括城市名称和坐标。如果导入的照片本身带有位置信息，本 应用也可能会读取其中的位置数据。
城市名称查询和地点搜索功能使用 Apple 的系统服务（Core Location 地理编码和 Apple 地图）。相关请求由 Apple 依据《Apple 隐私政策》 处理；本应用不会将您的位置发送给我们。
定位权限为可选权限，仅在您使用本应用期间使用。拒绝或撤回授权后， 您仍可在不记录位置信息的情况下添加和整理藏品。您可以在 iOS“设置” 中管理定位权限。
五、相册权限
经您授权，系统照片选择器可让您选择要添加到藏品中的照片。本应用只将 您选择的图片复制到本地沙盒中，不会自动访问或读取您的整个照片图库， 也不会将所选照片上传给我们。
相册权限为可选权限。您可以随时在 iOS“设置”中撤回或限制该权限。
六、订阅与购买
映册通过应用内购买提供会员服务。购买、付款和计费均由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 和 App Store 处理。本应用只会收到您会员的授权状态信息 （例如会员是否有效），用于解锁相应功能，并在本地保存该状态。我们 不会收到或保存您的银行卡或其他财务信息。
Apple 可能向我们提供汇总的 App Store 统计数据，我们仅将其用于 了解应用分发情况和维护服务。
七、导出与备份
您可以将藏品导出为 Excel（.xlsx）、PDF、长图或映册备份文件 （.collect）。导出文件在您的设备本地生成，并通过 iOS 共享面板呈现， 由您选择保存、发送或共享的位置。备份文件包含您选择纳入的藏品数据， 如照片、标题、备注和位置信息。恢复备份时，本应用会读取您选择的文件 并在本地导入数据。
我们不会收到您的导出文件或备份文件。
八、本应用不会主动请求或传输给我们的信息
本应用不会主动请求或自动向我们传输以下信息：
- 姓名、电子邮箱、电话号码或账号凭据；
- 您的照片图库（仅导入您明确选择的照片）；
- 通讯录、日历、健康数据或麦克风录音；
- 付款或购买信息；
- 广告标识符或其他用于追踪的标识符；
- 产品交互分析数据或行为画像；
- 通过第三方 SDK 收集的崩溃或性能数据；或
- 您的藏品内容的云端副本。
我们不会利用本应用出售个人信息、为跨场景行为广告共享个人信息、投放 定向广告，或跨其他公司拥有的应用或网站追踪您。
九、您主动发送给我们的信息
如果您向我们发送电子邮件，我们会收到您主动提供的信息，其中可能包括 电子邮箱地址、显示名称、邮件正文、附件，以及邮件日期、主题等基本 元数据。我们仅会将这些信息用于回复请求、调查您报告的问题、维护和 改进本应用的可靠性、保护本应用及用户安全或履行法律义务。请勿发送 与您的请求无关的敏感个人信息。
我们的支持邮箱由 Microsoft Outlook 提供。Microsoft 可能依据 《Microsoft 隐私声明》 代表我们处理邮件数据，或作为独立服务提供商处理相关数据。
十、App Store、系统服务与本政策页面
Apple 可能根据您的 Apple 设置及 《Apple 隐私政策》 独立处理 App Store 活动、购买、设备备份及诊断信息。地点查询和地图 搜索使用 Apple 系统服务，会员购买使用 StoreKit，以上均由 Apple 依据 其条款与隐私政策处理。如果 Apple 向我们提供汇总的 App Store 信息或 经用户授权的诊断报告，我们仅将其用于了解应用分发情况和维护可靠性。 上述服务不会使我们获得您的藏品内容。
本隐私政策页面由 GitHub 托管。我们不会在此页面添加分析、广告或追踪 脚本。GitHub 可能依据 《GitHub 通用隐私声明》 处理 IP 地址、浏览器信息及访问日志等技术信息。
十一、处理目的与法律依据
在适用法律要求说明法律依据时，具体依据取决于所在地区和处理场景：
- 您的系统授权用于在设备上启用可选的相机、定位和相册功能；我们不会 收到相关数据；
- 为回复您的支持请求、提供服务或采取您要求的措施所必需；
- 在适用法律认可的情况下，为根据您报告的问题或诊断信息保障、维护和 改进本应用的正当利益所必需，但不得超越您的合法权益；
- 为履行适用法律规定的义务所必需。
对于中国境内用户，我们会在法律要求时基于同意处理支持通信，或在法律 允许的范围内，为回复您的请求、提供您要求的服务或履行法定义务而处理。 对于欧洲经济区或英国用户，适用依据可能包括提供服务或采取您要求的 措施、上述正当利益、法定义务，以及我们明确请求时取得的同意。您可以 随时撤回同意，但不影响撤回前已经依法完成的处理。
本应用在设备上处理您的藏品内容，目的是提供您选择使用的收藏、整理、 展示和导出功能，不会用于作出对您产生法律影响或类似重大影响的决定。
十二、信息披露
我们不会出售或出租个人信息。由于本应用不会把您的藏品内容传输给我们， 我们也不会向第三方披露这些信息。
您主动通过电子邮件发送的信息可能由上述邮箱服务商处理。根据法律规定、 法律程序或有效的政府请求，或为保护权利、人身安全及系统安全而确有 合理必要时，我们也可能依法披露相关信息。
十三、跨境处理
本应用不会将本地保存的藏品数据跨境传输给我们。Apple 系统服务 （Core Location 地理编码、Apple 地图和 StoreKit）可能在其运营地区 处理相关数据，具体适用《Apple 隐私政策》。支持邮件由位于中国的运营者 接收和处理。Microsoft 提供邮箱基础设施，并可能在其运营地区存储或 处理电子邮箱地址、邮件正文、附件及邮件元数据；访问本页面时，GitHub 也可能在其运营地区处理相关技术信息。上述服务商的联系方式、处理目的、 处理方式及可行使权利，详见第九节和第十节链接的隐私声明。如果适用 法律要求对跨境处理取得同意或采取其他保护措施，我们会依法采取相应 措施。
十四、保存与删除
- 藏品内容：保存在本地，直至您删除单个藏品或文件夹、 恢复备份或卸载本应用。
- 设置与会员状态：保存在本地，直至您修改设置或卸载 本应用。
- 导出文件与备份：您创建的文件保存在您选择的位置， 由您自行管理。
- 支持邮件：仅在回复请求、维护安全、解决争议或履行 法律义务所合理必要的最短期限内保存，之后删除或进行不可逆匿名化。 备份副本可能保留至邮箱服务商按照正常流程覆盖相关备份。
卸载本应用会移除该设备上处于使用状态的应用本地沙盒，但由您或 Apple 控制的设备备份或 iCloud 备份中可能仍保留副本，直至备份被删除或按 相应备份设置到期。您可以通过设备或 Apple 账号管理备份。
十五、您的选择与个人信息权利
- 您可以在本应用内删除单个藏品或文件夹。
- 您可以管理或删除自己创建的导出文件和备份。
- 您可以卸载本应用，以移除设备上处于使用状态的本地数据，但备份副本 适用前述说明。
- 您可以在 iOS“设置”中授予或撤回相机、定位和相册权限。
- 映册没有账号，也没有可供删除或导出的服务器端藏品副本。
根据您所在国家或地区的适用法律，您可能有权了解、查阅、更正、删除、 限制或拒绝我们处理个人信息，获取可携带的副本，撤回同意，以及向有 管辖权的个人信息保护机构投诉。由于我们无法访问仅保存在您设备上的 信息，这些权利主要适用于您主动发送给我们的信息。如需行使权利，请 发送邮件至 shenshuoyouguang@outlook.com。 我们通常会通过最初联系我们的电子邮箱地址核验请求，并会避免索取额外 信息，除非确有合理必要。我们会在适用法律规定的期限内及时回复。如果 无法满足请求，我们会说明理由及可行的复核或投诉渠道，但法律禁止说明 的情形除外。

对于美国加利福尼亚州居民，我们不会出售个人信息，不会为跨场景行为 广告共享个人信息，也不会为需要提供限制权的目的使用或披露敏感个人 信息。您依法行使适用的隐私权利时，我们不会歧视您。
十六、儿童隐私
映册并非面向儿童设计。我们不会通过本应用故意收集儿童的个人信息， 包括中国境内不满 14 周岁的未成年人、美国境内不满 13 周岁的儿童， 或其他司法管辖区规定的最低年龄以下人员。如果您认为儿童向我们的支持 邮箱发送了个人信息，请联系我们进行删除。
十七、安全措施
我们通过将应用数据保留在 iOS 应用沙盒内，以及不运营接收藏品内容的 服务器来降低风险。本应用创建的备份文件包含本地计算的完整性校验， 恢复备份时会在您的设备上读取您选择的文件。任何存储或通信方式都无法 保证绝对安全；设备备份、Apple 系统服务和电子邮件的安全性也取决于 您及相关服务提供商的安全设置和措施。
十八、政策变更
当本应用功能、数据处理方式或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。 更新后的版本将在本网址发布，并修改生效日期或更新日期。如果变更会对 信息处理产生重大影响，我们会在新处理方式开始前，按照适用法律提供 额外通知或取得必要同意。
