DayMosaic
1. Acceptance of These Terms
DayMosaic ("we", "our", "us") is an iOS app for planning tasks, schedules, and focus sessions.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to digital services in your country or region, to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. License and Restrictions
The App is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the App to the extent it is not contradicted by these Terms.
Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
- rent, lease, loan, sell, or redistribute the App;
- remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices; or
- use the App in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Your Data
The App stores tasks, schedules, focus records, settings, and related information locally on your device. We do not operate an account system for the App. You are responsible for maintaining any backup or export you choose to create and for keeping your device secure.
5. Optional AI Planning
AI planning is optional. Before relevant planning information is sent for the first time, the App displays a disclosure and asks for your agreement. If you decline, non-AI features remain available.
When you agree and request a plan, the App sends the information described in the Privacy Policy to DayMosaic's service and an external AI model provider. AI output is a temporary proposal. It does not change your real tasks or schedule until you review and apply it.
You should not submit information that is unnecessary for planning or that you are not authorized to use. Do not use AI planning to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and not to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems; or
- use the App to distribute malicious software or otherwise harm any person or device.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. Your task and schedule content remains your responsibility and, as between you and us, your property.
8. Availability, Changes, and Termination
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the App or the AI planning service when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the App in a way that creates a security or legal risk.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
AI-generated proposals may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing a proposal before applying it.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability in connection with the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Apple Terms
Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with Apple's applicable terms, the Apple terms govern to the extent required.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or region in which you reside, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

1. 条款的接受
DayMosaic（下称“我们”）是一款用于规划任务、日程和专注的 iOS 应用。
下载、访问或使用本应用，即表示你同意本服务条款（下称“本条款”）及我们的隐私政策。如果你不同意本条款，请勿使用本应用。
2. 使用资格
你必须年满 13 周岁，或达到你所在国家/地区对数字服务要求的最低同意年龄，方可使用本应用。如果你未满 18 周岁，须取得父母或法定监护人的许可。
3. 许可与限制
本应用为许可使用而非出售。在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你在你所拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上，出于个人、非商业目的使用本应用的有限、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可。Apple 的《许可应用最终用户许可协议》适用于你使用本应用的行为，但以不与本条款冲突为限。
除适用法律允许外，你不得：
- 复制、修改本应用或基于本应用创作衍生作品；
- 对本应用进行反向工程、反编译或反汇编；
- 出租、出借、销售或再分发本应用；
- 删除或篡改任何版权或所有权标识；或
- 以违反本条款或适用法律的方式使用本应用。
4. 你的数据
本应用会将任务、日程、专注记录、设置及相关信息保存在你的设备本地。本应用不提供账号系统。你应自行负责维护你选择创建的备份或导出文件，并保护设备安全。
5. 可选 AI 规划
AI 规划是可选功能。首次发送相关规划信息前，本应用会展示处理说明并征求你的同意。如果你拒绝，仍可使用非 AI 功能。
当你同意并要求生成计划时，本应用会按照隐私政策所述，将相关信息发送至 DayMosaic 服务及外部 AI 模型服务商。AI 返回的是临时建议；只有你审阅并主动“应用”后，才会写入真实任务或日程。
请勿提交规划不需要或你无权使用的信息，也不得利用 AI 规划侵犯他人权利或违反适用法律。
6. 可接受的使用行为
你同意仅将本应用用于合法、个人用途，并且不得：
- 违反任何适用的法律法规；
- 侵犯任何人的知识产权或其他权利；
- 干扰、破坏或试图未经授权访问本应用或其底层系统；或
- 利用本应用传播恶意软件或以其他方式损害任何个人或设备。
7. 知识产权
本应用（包括其设计、代码、图形和文档）归我们或我们的许可方所有，并受知识产权法律保护。本条款未明确授予的所有权利均予保留。你的任务和日程内容由你负责，在我们与你之间仍归你所有。
8. 服务可用性、变更与终止
在合理必要时，我们可能更新、调整、暂停或终止本应用或 AI 规划服务的部分功能，包括出于维护、安全、法律或运营原因。我们可能不定期更新本条款，更新后的条款将发布在本页面并修改“最后更新日期”。
你可以随时停止使用本应用。如你严重违反本条款，或以造成安全或法律风险的方式使用本应用，我们可能暂停或终止你的访问。
9. 免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”提供，不附带任何明示或默示保证，包括对适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的默示保证。Apple 不是本条款的当事方，也没有义务为本应用提供维护或支持。
AI 生成的建议可能不完整、不准确或不适合你的实际情况。你有责任在应用建议前自行审阅。
10. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用而产生的或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害赔偿，或任何数据、利润或机会损失承担责任。我们就本应用承担的全部责任，以索赔前十二（12）个月内你为本应用支付的金额为限。
11. Apple 条款
Apple 不是本条款的当事方，也没有义务为本应用提供维护或支持。如本条款与 Apple 的适用条款存在冲突，在所需范围内以 Apple 条款为准。
12. 适用法律
本条款受你所在国家或地区法律的管辖，不考虑其冲突法规则。
