1. Acceptance of These Terms

KeepsakeAtlas ("we", "our", "us") is an iOS app that helps you organize, collect, and exhibit photos of your collections.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, or by purchasing any membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to consent to digital services in your country or region) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the App and to make any purchases.

3. License and Restrictions

The App is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the App to the extent it is not contradicted by these Terms.

Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not:

  • copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
  • rent, lease, loan, sell, or redistribute the App;
  • remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices; or
  • use the App in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Your Content and Data

KeepsakeAtlas does not require account registration. Your photos, collections, and related content are stored locally on your device. We do not host, collect, or store your content on servers we operate.

You retain all rights to your own content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content, and the App provides export and backup features for this purpose.

5. Membership and Subscriptions

KeepsakeAtlas offers a Pro membership through Apple In-App Purchase, including auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or in the App.
  • If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Prices are displayed in the App before purchase. Apple handles billing, price changes, and refunds; please contact Apple Support for any refund request.
  • Membership benefits may change over time. We will provide notice where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems; or
  • use the App to distribute malicious software or otherwise harm any person or device.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. Your content remains your property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability in connection with the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App or any membership in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination of a subscription is handled through Apple as described in Section 5.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and become effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or region in which you reside, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Apple is not a party to this agreement.

KeepsakeAtlas（下称“我们”）是一款帮助你整理、收藏和展示藏品照片的 iOS 应用。

下载、访问或使用本应用，或购买任何会员服务，即表示你同意受本服务条款（下称“本条款”）及我们的隐私政策的约束。如果你不同意本条款，请勿使用本应用。

2. 使用资格

你必须年满 13 周岁（或你所在国家/地区对数字服务的最低同意年龄）方可使用本应用。如果你未满 18 周岁，须在父母或法定监护人许可下使用本应用并进行任何购买。

3. 许可与限制

本应用为许可使用而非出售。在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你在你所拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上，出于个人、非商业目的使用本应用的有限、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可。Apple 的《许可应用最终用户许可协议》适用于你使用本应用的行为，但以不与本条款冲突为限。

除适用法律允许外，你不得：

  • 复制、修改本应用或基于本应用创作衍生作品；
  • 对本应用进行反向工程、反编译或反汇编；
  • 出租、出借、销售或再分发本应用；
  • 删除或篡改任何版权或所有权标识；或
  • 以违反本条款或适用法律的方式使用本应用。

4. 你的内容与数据

KeepsakeAtlas 不要求账号注册。你的照片、藏品及相关内容均存储在你的本地设备上。我们不会在你使用的自有服务器上托管、收集或存储你的内容。

你对自有内容保留全部权利。你应自行负责备份你的内容，本应用为此提供了导出与备份功能。

5. 会员与订阅

KeepsakeAtlas 通过 Apple 应用内购买提供 Pro 会员服务，包括按月、按年自动续订的订阅，以及一次性终身买断选项。

  • 购买确认时将从你的 Apple ID 扣款。
  • 除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，订阅将自动续订。
  • 你可以在 Apple ID 账户设置（“设置”> 你的姓名 > “订阅”）或应用内管理或取消订阅。
  • 如提供免费试用期，购买订阅时未使用的试用期部分将被视为放弃。
  • 价格在购买前于应用内展示。账单、价格变更及退款均由 Apple 处理；如需退款，请联系 Apple 支持。
  • 会员权益可能随时间调整。如适用法律要求，我们将提供相应通知。

6. 可接受的使用行为

你同意仅将本应用用于合法、个人用途，并且不得：

  • 违反任何适用的法律法规；
  • 侵犯任何人的知识产权或其他权利；
  • 干扰、破坏或试图未经授权访问本应用或其底层系统；或
  • 利用本应用传播恶意软件或以其他方式损害任何个人或设备。

7. 知识产权

本应用（包括其设计、代码、图形和文档）归我们或我们的许可方所有，并受知识产权法律保护。本条款未明确授予的所有权利均予保留。你的内容仍归你所有。

8. 免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”提供，不附带任何明示或默示保证，包括对适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的默示保证。Apple 不是本条款的当事方，也没有义务为本应用提供维护或支持。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用而产生的或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害赔偿，或任何数据或利润损失承担责任。我们就本应用承担的全部责任，以索赔前十二（12）个月内你为本应用或任何会员服务支付的金额为限。

10. 终止

如你违反本条款，我们可能暂停或终止你对本应用的访问。你可以随时停止使用本应用。订阅的终止按照第 5 条所述通过 Apple 处理。

11. 条款变更

我们可能不定期更新本条款。更新后的条款将发布在本页面，并更新“最后更新日期”，发布后即生效。生效日后你继续使用本应用，即视为接受更新后的条款。

12. 适用法律

本条款受你所在国家或地区法律的管辖，不考虑其冲突法规则。Apple 不是本协议的当事方。
