备份与恢复
在 App 的“设置”中使用“导出备份”保存数据；需要恢复时选择“导入备份”。请妥善保存导出的 .collect 文件。
Use Export Backup in Settings to save your data and Import Backup to restore it. Keep the exported .collect file in a safe place.
会员与订阅
在 App 的“设置”中选择“管理会员”，即可查看或管理订阅。退款由 Apple 处理，请通过 Apple 的购买记录申请。
Choose Manage Membership in Settings to view or manage a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

映册需要注册账号吗？ / Does KeepsakeAtlas require an account?
不需要。映册无需注册或登录即可使用。 No. You can use KeepsakeAtlas without registering or signing in.
照片和收藏数据存在哪里？ / Where is my data stored?
照片、收藏记录和相关内容保存在你的设备本地。建议定期使用“导出备份”，并将备份文件保存到安全的位置。 Your photos and collection records are stored locally on your device. Export a backup regularly and keep it somewhere safe.
为什么无法导入备份？ / Why can’t I import a backup?
请确认文件由映册的“导出备份”功能生成、保留 .collect 扩展名，并且没有被解压或修改。如果问题仍然存在，请连同错误截图联系我们。 Make sure the file was created by Export Backup, still uses the .collect extension, and was not extracted or modified. Contact us with a screenshot if the issue continues.
如何取消订阅？ / How do I cancel a subscription?
打开 iPhone“设置”→ 你的 Apple ID →“订阅”，选择映册后管理或取消订阅。 Open iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, then choose KeepsakeAtlas to manage or cancel it.
